S. Srinivasan and R. Jayakumar are the founders of Eywa Pharma. They have been successful in creating businesses for large global generic pharmaceutical companies and have been able to bring together highly competent and motivated individuals as a team that has delivered and continues to deliver significant revenues and profits for the corporations that they were earlier working for.

S.SRINIVASAN

S. Srinivasan, also called Srini, is currently the Vice Chairman of Eywa Pharma and a member of the Board of Directors of Take Solutions.

Until November 2015, Srini was the Managing Director of SVL Ltd, holding company for the industrial businesses of Shriram Group, Chennai, for a period of over 4 years.

Prior to joining the Shriram group in October 2011, Srini was the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Matrix Laboratories, and also the Head of Global Emerging Markets for Mylan Inc. He played a key role in the rapid growth achieved by Matrix, organically as well as through M&As. Matrix was valued at over USD 1 billion during the acquisition by Mylan in 2006. He brings an overall business experience of 27 years, including 18 years in pharma.


R. JAYAKUMAR

R. Jayakumar, affectionately called “Jakes” by his friends, is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Eywa Pharma. He has about 24 years of experience, predominantly in the pharma industry.

Jakes was the Head of Global Business Development at Mylan and held various responsibilities in that organization including Head of Regional Technical Operations for EMEA, based out of Lyon in France.

His experience spans across various functions including Sales & Marketing, Business Development, M&A, Sourcing & Purchasing, Technical Operations, Project Management in the Finished Dosage Forms (FDF) as well as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) businesses. He is a proud owner of an enviable relationship bank in India, US, Europe and other geographies.
